What’s the minimum for a custom order?

For custom t-shirt orders, our minimum is 35. For buttons, the minimum is 100, and for stickers it’s 250. You can also buy individual items at our online store.

Can I get an order super quick?

Yes! Email us at sales@jcgapparel.com if you need your order sooner than 2 weeks.

How do I start a custom t-shirt order?

Visit Get Started and fill out the form. A designer will email you a proof within 2 business days. Once you approve the proof, you can post your design online for your members to place individual orders, or you can email all of your sizes up front for a bulk order.

How long does it take to get my design + quote?

We have a quick turnaround of 1-2 business days for your design to arrive in your email. If you don’t see an email from one of our designers in 2 business days, check your spam folder!

When do I get my custom t-shirts once the order is finalized?

You’ll typically receive your order in less than 2 weeks unless there are stock issues. If you need a rush order, email us at sales@jcgapparel.com.

Do you offer anything besides t-shirts?

Yes! We do buttons, stickers, hats, and other accessories.

What if I found a product not listed on your website?

Email us at sales@jcgapparel.com so we can grab that new product for you!

Is there a size difference for ladies shirts vs unisex?

Yes! Ladies shirts seem to fit a bit more thin and tailored than unisex tees. Be sure to check out the product description online before committing to purchase.

Do you only screen print?

No. We do embroidery on jackets, hats, and polos, too!

Can you do custom names and numbers?

Yes! We can add custom names and numbers for an additional cost per shirt.

Can I use your website to fundraise for my organization?

Yes! We will up-charge your item online to the price you’re wanting. Refunds of fundraising money will be sent after your order is completely finalized.

How do I pay for my custom bulk order?

After your order is finalized, you’ll get an automatic email where you can pay your invoice online with a credit card or mail in a check.
